Refund policy
NADIIA: RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
You have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving your order.
Returns/exchanges are carried out through the delivery service "Nova Poshta" or "Ukrposhta."
Returns and exchanges are possible only under the following conditions:
- Confirmation of payment for the product and its delivery
- No more than 14 calendar days have passed since receiving the order
- Returns are possible only for products purchased at full price
- The product for return must be in its original condition, without signs of use (packaging, tags, and labels must be intact)
- The following items cannot be exchanged/returned: gloves, hosiery, underwear, perfume and cosmetic products
- Delivery costs are non-refundable
- If customs duties and taxes were paid upon receiving the product, these payments are non-refundable
- If within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product you discover a defect (hidden flaw or manufacturing defect), the product will be accepted by the Seller for repair or exchange. In the case of a substantial defect, please contact us via email at nadiia@nadiia.world or through Instagram @nadiiaworld.
Returns are made through the delivery service "Nova Poshta" or "Ukrposhta," and all costs for returning a defective product will be covered by the Seller.
The seller reserves the right to refuse the return of a product that, according to Article 9 of the Ukrainian Law “On Consumer Protection” and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the Implementation of Some Provisions of the Ukrainian Law ‘On Consumer Protection’” No. 172 of March 19, 1992, is considered non-returnable.

Nadiia World is not responsible for any loss or theft of parcels. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the return policy requirements.
Refunds:
After receiving the returned product and confirming that the return conditions are met, we will issue a refund. The refund will be made to the buyer's bank card provided in the return request.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receiving the returned product and confirming that the product meets the return conditions.
Please note that the timing of the refund may depend on the policy of the buyer's bank.
