Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping (Ukraine)
- Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta.
- All our products are handmade, and we carefully pack each order. However, damage may occasionally occur during shipping. If something is wrong, please report it immediately at the post office so we can help resolve the issue.
- Shipping costs are paid by the buyer upon parcel receipt.
- Delivery time: 1-2 days from the moment of payment.
- Shipments are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Pickup Option
You can schedule a pickup in advance and collect your order at our office:

International Shipping
- Orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days after payment.
- We use Ukrposhta for international delivery.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on Ukrposhta’s rates (VIEW RATES).
- Estimated delivery time: 7-21 days, depending on the destination country.
Please note that we do not offer shipping to Russia and Belarus.
Nadiia cannot guarantee or predict exact delivery times for international shipments. As a small business, we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Duties & Taxes
- Import duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total.
- These charges are determined by the customs agency of the destination country.
Lost or Stolen Packages
The buyer is responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will provide all necessary information to assist you in filing a claim with your postal carrier.
